Before registering online, we recommend that you review the Guidelines for Acceptance and the TradeStation EasyLanguage Specialist Trademark and Logo License Agreement. Please read carefully, as the guidelines and agreement create legal and binding obligations on your part and rights and remedies in favor of TradeStation Technologies, and will be considered in determining whether you are accepted and retained in the program.
The EasyLanguage Specialist Trademark and Logo License grants authorization to reference TradeStation Technologies' trademarks and service marks, and provides compatibility logo artwork for use in advertising, promotional campaigns or product documentation. It also facilitates access to development resources provided by TradeStation Technologies, Inc.
Here's a brief overview of the process:
- Supply a list of industry references that includes name, address, telephone, email, business relationship and type of work completed.
- Register by completing your online application.
- Submit a documented example of your EasyLanguage proficiency. This could be a portion of EasyLanguage source code that highlights advanced concepts of designing strategy trading products, an instructional course manual or video, or a published work such as a book, article or newsletter.
- Sign and return the EasyLanguage Specialist Trademark and Logo License Agreement to TradeStation Technologies, Inc.

| Review, sign and return all originals of the EasyLanguage Specialist Trademark and Logo License Agreement to TradeStation Technologies, Inc. |

| Once your registration and EasyLanguage proficiency example have been reviewed and accepted, two counterparts of the EasyLanguage Specialist Trademark and Logo License Agreement will be forwarded to you by mail. All signed originals of the documents must be returned to TradeStation Technologies for executive approval. The license will be considered granted upon your receipt of one of the counter-signed original counterparts of the agreement.
