Support

If your issue requires a more detailed response, our affiliate, TradeStation Securities, also offers, pursuant to an agreement with us, additional technical support services:

and identify yourself as an Open Platform developer. Advanced support will be billed at $75 per hour.

Please Note: DLL support is limited to the procedure of communicating with a DLL from within EasyLanguage. EasyLanguage support is limited to issues relating to the EasyLanguage programming environment.

TradeStation Development Subscription

As a courtesy to you in your efforts to develop, refine or improve technical compatibility between your Open Platform products and the TradeStation platform, two development subscriptions shall be made available to each registered Open Platform developer for a monthly platform charge of $21, plus any applicable exchange, news service or other third-party fees. Prices and terms are subject to change and may be discontinued at any time.
